Why I Moved to Newcastle East, NSW?

Image
Newcastle is the second most populated city in New South Wales and offers a life of comfort to its residents. However, I moved to Newcastle East because I want to live close to the city yet have peace and greenery. Being a resident of Newcastle certainly has its perk, but its hustle and bustle took a toll on me. Newcastle East’s population of 1000 predominantly has older people, but more young adults and working professionals are rent ing homes here to live well. The median house price for a 3-bedroom property is $1000000. People invest in properties too because the average rent is approximately $750 PW with a rental yield of 2.9%.  Furthermore, the suburb is 1.5 km from Newcastle Ocean Baths, 190 m from Fort Scratchley and 500m from Newcastle Beach. Thus, you can go to many places of interest on foot. I moved here in 2021 after finding helpful information regarding the suburb at this website  https://www.betterremovalistsnewcastle.com.au/removalists-newcastle-eas...

Often seen in department stores and malt shops, the tins were like their own pieces of art. Read More: https://www.thespruce.com/vintage-ceiling-tiles-decor-4165666
